Privacy and records
Vanguard Spirit limits access to client and employment information by role and purpose. Secure portal controls, record retention, correction requests, exports, and archival practices are being formalized for launch.
Coaching boundaries
Coaching supports development, learning, reflection, and action. It is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency response. Confidentiality and its limits are defined in the client agreement.
Cancellations, refunds, and transfers
Current design includes package expiration, cancellation and no-show rules, requests for unused-session refunds, and a reasonable coach-transfer process. Final rules will be displayed before purchase and included in the controlling agreement.
Website, tools, and digital content
Vanguard Spirit materials, leadership tools, reports, programs, and downloadable content are protected business materials. Purchase or portal access does not permit resale, reproduction, or redistribution.
Payments and service activation
Pricing, fees, taxes where applicable, and service terms are confirmed before payment. Coaching service begins only after required payment, agreement acceptance, and operational readiness steps are complete.
